Our organization is operated by our volunteer board. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Treasurer to join our team. The Treasurer will be responsible for safeguarding and managing the Corporation’s funds, securities, and assets, maintaining accurate financial records, and reporting receipts and disbursements at board meetings. The role includes reconciling bank accounts, reviewing reimbursement requests, maintaining board bank cards, and preparing an annual statement of assets and liabilities. The Treasurer also distributes and tracks gift cards, manages the organization’s post office box and incoming mail, and reports donations to the board to support acknowledgment efforts, in addition to other duties.
